How to Order
Ordering is very simple:
To buy an unframed painting from the Reproduction Art Gallery:
- Identify which painting you would like to order by the reference number and the canvas size you would like
- Complete the order form
- Either, email your order to us, call us on +44 (0) 1423 566760, or post your order to us together with a deposit cheque made payable to 'Heirloom Arts Ltd' for 50% of the cost. The balance is due when the painting is completed!
- We will then place your order and confirm in writing, giving an approximate delivery date, which will be 6 weeks from ordering
- All our unframed, hand painted canvases are sent rolled up and packed securely in a tube and sent via special delivery Royal Mail

To buy a framed commissioned oil painting:
- Identify which painting you would like to order, the size and the frame
- Complete the order form
- Either email your order to us, call us on +44 (0) 1423 566760, or post it, together with your deposit cheque, made payable to Heirloom Arts Ltd for 50% of the cost.
- We will place your order and confirm in writing, giving an approximate delivery date which will be 6 - 8 weeks from ordering
- All our paintings are packaged and sent out for delivery via UPS courier

Adobe Acrobat Files
Adobe Acrobat files require the Acrobat
Reader, a free utility readily available from Adobe either by download or from the cover CD disks of many Internet
and computing magazines.
If your system already has Acrobat Reader you can open the downloads and save them to your own computer.
