Payment
Orders accepted upon receipt of 50% deposit. The balance being due on completion of the painting. Cheques should be made payable to "Heirloom Arts Limited" and sent to: 4 Langcliffe Avenue East, Harrogate, North Yorkshire HG2 8JD UK . Alternatively a direct money transfer can be made to the company's bank account, details on request.
Ordering
All orders will be confirmed in writing or by telephone, so please make sure your details are clearly stated on the order form. Prices and Quotes All prices are quoted in UK Pounds (UKP) Sterling. All quotes are valid for 30 days, after this period they may be reviewed.
Discounts for Repeat Purchases
A 10% discount will be offered off the price of every order you make after your first purchase.
Framing
All prices include frame and framing costs.
Shipping and Delivery
Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery. Free Delivery is offered to all UK destinations. For overseas destinations, please contact us for a quote. Damage must be notified in writing within 3 days of delivery and all original packaging retained.
